Refund Policy

At Anna & Elise Los Angeles, we are committed to providing every customer with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders are automatically processed and prepared for fulfillment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may request a return once the order has been delivered.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Items must not show signs of damage caused by the customer
• A valid tracking number must be provided for all return shipments

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or personal care items may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Contact Support
Email support@annaelisela.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Photo evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval first.

Step 2 – Ship Your Return
Once approved, ship the item using a trackable shipping service. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Step 3 – Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In most cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team.

In many cases we can arrange a replacement shipment, allowing you to keep the original item. This helps reduce return shipping time and unnecessary shipping emissions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Personal care products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items purchased during clearance promotions

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed or delivery was refused, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

These costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
